If you love yourself some sweet donuts and somehow-better-than-anywhere-else coffee from Dunkin' Donuts, then you're dreams may have just come true. Dunkin' Donuts has recently signed a deal to expand into the Twin Cities after a failed attempt to do so in 2008. And the best part....they are looking for real estate in the west metro.
While the search is on-going between Big Lake down to the Minnesota River, they aren't overlooking smaller and outer suburbs like Wayzata, Chaska, Chanhasen, Victoria and Waconia.
They are looking for areas on heavily commuted roads with leaseable space between 1,700 and 2,000 square feet.
While the chain already has a store in Rochester and has deals in the works for Brainerd and Duluth, this will be the first franchise location in the Twin Cities Metro.
