How much would you pay to live in a 17,000 square foot compound in Beverly Hills? If the previous owner is Madonna, apparently you will pay much more than the going rate. Madonna has accepted an offer for $20 million on the home she bought with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie. They paid $12 million for it a decade ago. The material girl originally listed the residence for $28 million, then lowered the price to $22.5 million before nabbing a buyer. Even in high-end Beverly Hills, Madge’s home is substantially more expensive than most of the homes for sale. The median home value in Beverly Hills currently hovers around $2.63 million.
The listing was put directly on the MLS but didn't provide much more information other than the one photo shown above. The home has nine bedrooms, two living rooms, a two-story dining room, full-size home theater, gym, pool and tennis court, as well as several sets of offices (including assistants’ offices), staff rooms and guesthouses.
